Cookies we use
TurboIntrastat uses the following cookie categories: (1) Technical cookies (always active): session cookies for platform operation, language preference cookies (next-intl) to remember the selected language, consent cookies (cookie-preferences) to store your cookie choices. (2) Analytics cookies (with consent): Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for aggregate traffic analysis and service improvement — activated only after your explicit consent via the banner. (3) Marketing cookies (with consent): used to personalize content and ads — activated only after your explicit consent. We also use Plausible Analytics as our primary analytics solution, which is completely cookieless and does not require consent under GDPR.

Technical cookies (always active, no consent required): cookie-preferences — stores user cookie consent preferences, duration 12 months, first party; NEXT_LOCALE — stores language preference, session duration, first party. Analytics cookies (with consent): _ga — Google Analytics, anonymous user identifier, duration 2 years, third party (Google LLC); _ga_[ID] — Google Analytics, session state, duration 2 years, third party (Google LLC). Marketing cookies (with consent): we currently do not use active marketing cookies; the category is available for future integrations and will always require explicit user consent.
Third-party cookies
TurboIntrastat uses Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) as a web analytics service, whose cookies are only installed with the user's explicit consent. Plausible Analytics (Plausible Insights OÜ, Estonia) is a cookieless, privacy-friendly solution that does not collect personal data and does not require cookie consent. Managing cookies
You can manage cookies through the consent banner shown on your first visit, via the "Manage Cookies" button in the footer of every page, or through your browser settings. Your consent can be freely revoked at any time.
Legal basis and consent
Technical cookies are installed on the basis of the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) as they are necessary for the site to function. Analytics and marketing cookies are installed exclusively with the user's explicit consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), collected via the cookie banner shown on first visit. Consent can be freely revoked at any time via the "Manage Cookies" button in the site footer. Refusing optional cookies does not affect access to the site's features.
